Can I Alter My Order After It’s Been Placed?
If you need to change your delivery address while your order is being processed, please contact us via SMS or phone call immediately. To change your Bento order, please call us to check if the food has already been prepared. Please note that once the food is made, we are unable to accept any further changes.
How Can I Place an Order?
Please check if your suburb is within our delivery area first. Once confirmed, simply view our menu and call us to place your order.
Can I Place an Order in Advance?
Yes! We welcome advance orders for birthdays or special occasions. If you would like to schedule a delivery for a specific future date, please let us know when ordering.
How Do You Ensure the Food is Fresh?
All our dishes are freshly made to order daily. Since our food contains no preservatives, we take extra care in packing and use the most efficient delivery methods to ensure it reaches you in peak condition.
Can I Order Kuan Yin HD Catering Online?
Currently, catering orders cannot be placed online. Please contact us at 0433 943 355, and we will be happy to assist with your specific requests and arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
Bento Orders: At least 4 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
Catering Orders: At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in the full charge of the order.
