Can I Alter My Order After It’s Been Placed?
If you need to change your shipping address while your order is still being processed, please contact us by phone message and we will amend your personal details. If you would like to change your Benton orders, please phone to check if it has been made, otherwise NO.

Can I Place An Order Well In Advance Of A Particular Date?
We do accept orders in advance of birthdays or other occasions. If you would like to delay the dispatch of your order please let us know.
How Do I Get Fresh Food From You?
All of the Dishes we sell are fresh made daily. As our food do not contain any preservatives. We take care when packing and dispatching these goods, and we use the fastest possible transport for our packages.

Cancellations?
4 hours notice must be given for all bentons cancellations, 48 hours notice must be given for all catering cancellations, or the full charge of the order will apply.
